Bring the idea. Rough is fine.

Thirty minutes with Hassaan Khan to map the product and pick the stack, then a fixed-scope, fixed-price quote in writing within 48 hours. No deck required, no pitch on our side.

Prefer to write first? Two or three lines about what you are building and where it is stuck is plenty. A person replies, usually within one business day.

Plan the build yourself

Sixty seconds of questions produces a build sheet: the sprint that fits, the likely timeline and what to prepare. Useful before a call, or instead of one for now.

What happens next.

  1. The call Thirty minutes to map the product What it does, who uses it, what already exists, what has to be true at launch. We recommend a stack in plain language and say what we would not build.
  2. Within 48 hours A written scope and a fixed price The sprint, the deliverables, the timeline and the number. If the scope changes later, the price changes in writing before the work does.
  3. Day 7 Something to click Wireframes and key screens become a clickable version. From there, a demo every Friday on the real build until it ships.

Bring these if you have them.

None are required. Each one makes the quote sharper.

  • A sentence on who the product is for and what they do with it
  • Sketches, a Figma file, a competitor you like, or a spreadsheet the product replaces
  • The systems it must talk to (CRM, accounting, payments, calendar, an EHR)
  • A launch date that matters, if there is one
  • Anything already built, including things you would rather replace
