Due diligence pores over the deck, the market, and the metrics, but team dynamics, the thing that most predicts whether a startup survives, stay a gut call. Founders can't show their team is investable, and investors have no structured, comparable read on the people they're funding.

The Team DNA Assessment Tool turns team dynamics into evidence: a timed questionnaire across the whole founding team, scored into tiered reports, with token-based sponsorship so investors can commission the assessment as part of diligence.

A founder invites at least four contributors, CEO, CTO, product, board, each getting a timed questionnaire sized to their role. The dashboard tracks every invite in real time: In Progress, Pending, Completed, or Not Finished, with one click through to each contributor's report.

About 130 questions. One sitting. A clock on every one.

Each contributor moves through roughly 130 questions on a 1–5 Likert scale, with a per-question countdown and limited tolerance for interruptions, the timing is part of the signal, capturing instinctive answers over rehearsed ones.

Skip a question and the tool tells you plainly what that costs the result. The whole assessment is built to be completed in a single focused session.

The tool refuses assessments that wouldn't be valid.

Automated eligibility checks run before any assessment starts: a team can only be assessed once every 12 months, unless at least 40% of its members have changed. Built-in checks prevent redundant runs and guide users with tailored suggestions.

When a team isn't eligible yet, the tool says so clearly, the exact reason, and what would make them eligible, instead of letting them burn a run on invalid data.

Base, Premium, Composite. pay for the depth you need.

Every assessment produces a report; the tier sets how deep it goes. Base shows team-average scores across the six dynamics. Premium adds per-contributor breakdowns. Composite benchmarks the team against similar companies.

Reports render dynamic visuals, radar profiles, dimension bars, comparison charts, and admins can upgrade a report's tier after submission, or share it externally with a public link.

Investors sponsor diligence with tokens.

Investors get a dedicated dashboard to invite founders, sponsor assessments with platform tokens, watch progress, and open finished reports. Founders can also pay directly and upgrade tiers on their own. Underneath both sits a modular token wallet with payment-gateway billing, buy, track, and spend tokens across assessments.
