Creators are running a business out of their Notes app.
Full-time creators juggle a stack of tools that barely talk to each other, Canva for media kits, Notion for brand outreach, Gmail for negotiations, Google Docs for contracts, a spreadsheet for deal tracking, and three analytics tabs open at all times. Every new brand partnership starts from a blank page.
Influencer Metrics' brief was to collapse the entire creator-operations stack into a single product: auto-sync social metrics, AI-generate media kits, send proposals, draft contracts with AI clauses, run templated outreach, and track every deal, while growing the user base through built-in referrals and the public share-surface of every media kit.
First impressions sell the 7-day trial.
The landing page leads with the product's single most persuasive artifact, an AI-generated media kit preview, and compresses the value prop to one line: professional media kits, built by AI, in minutes. A 3-step path to sign-up, transparent pricing with a free tier, real-output gallery, and FAQ close the objections loop before the fold hits the footer.
A split-screen that reads as calm, modern, inevitable.
Every auth state uses the same anatomy, brand on the left, three value-prop bullets underneath, task on the right. Sign-in, sign-up, forgot password, recreate password, and email verification all inherit it. Once a creator is in, a 3-step onboarding collects social handles, content niche, and goals, each step a single focused decision, never a wall of fields.
Four tools, one pipeline.
Every brand partnership follows the same spine, share a media kit, pitch a proposal, negotiate terms, sign a contract. We built the app around that spine. Each step is its own screen with its own AI assist, but they all share the same data model, so a creator can move a deal from lead to signed without exporting, re-typing, or leaving the app.
AI shows up where it saves minutes, not to show off: contract clauses auto-generated by brand type, outreach emails pre-filled with creator-specific variables, and proposal values suggested from historical rate data.
One chart for three platforms.
The analytics view fuses Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube metrics into a single layer. Engagement rate per platform at the top; follower growth as a 7-day line chart; engagement breakdown by comments · likes · shares stacked by week; and audience composition by age and gender. This is the view creators paste into every brand pitch, so we built it as the single screen a media kit renders from.
Every media kit is a growth surface.
Media kits are shareable by default, a creator DMing a brand is also, quietly, doing acquisition. The dashboard surfaces this back to the creator as a Viral Impact block: kit shares → signups → credits. The more they share, the cheaper their subscription.
On top of the implicit share loop, an explicit Referral Program gives creators a unique link, a pre-written suggested message, one-click share to Twitter/Instagram/Email, and up to 35% off their subscription. Growth is wired into the product surface, not bolted on.
Connect once, never sync again.
The Settings surface is a single page with three tabs, Profile · Integrations · Billing. The Integrations tab is where the product's most expensive-to-build feature lives quietly: one-tap OAuth with Instagram Business, TikTok Creator, and YouTube. Every metric the dashboard displays flows from here; revoking a connection cleanly degrades the rest of the product to a read-only state.
From Notes app to revenue ops.
Influencer Metrics shipped as a single product where six creator tools used to live, marketing, auth, onboarding, AI-generated media kits, proposals, contracts, email outreach, cross-platform analytics, and a referral loop wired into the product surface. Every dollar of subscription is, by design, partially paid for by the creator who refers the next one in.
