AI & Automation Developer (GPT, Chatbots, n8n, Make, Zapier)

We are looking for developers with 1 to 3 years of experience in automation tools, scripting, or AI workflows. You should have a passion for streamlining processes, building intelligent agents, and integrating APIs. The ideal candidate combines logic with creativity and can work both independently and collaboratively across projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and build custom workflows using n8n, Make, and Zapier.


• Build and deploy AI-powered agents and chatbots using tools like GPT-4 (via OpenAI API).


• Integrate AI capabilities with third-party tools (e.g., CRMs, CMSs, databases, custom APIs).


• Automate repetitive client workflows and business processes.


• Debug and optimize complex logic across different automation platforms.


• Document workflows and help clients understand automation logic.

Basic Skills & Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of experience with scripting, automation, or backend development.


• Familiarity with tools such as n8n, Make, or Zapier.


• Basic understanding of AI/LLMs and experience with the OpenAI API.


• Proficiency in working with REST APIs and JSON.


• Problem-solving mindset and ability to break down complex workflows.


• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred

• Experience in building GPT agents or chatbots for customer service, internal tooling, or lead generation.


• Prior experience with Airtable, Notion, Webflow, Slack, or other tools commonly used in no-code/automation stacks.


• Familiarity with prompt engineering and AI prompt chaining logic.
